About the Role

Head of Clinical Operations:

This leadership position is critical to advancing ReKlame Health's commitment to operational excellence within its care model. It ensures the effective alignment of provider satisfaction, member outcomes, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for driving strategic innovation, relentlessly driving operational efficiency, and maintaining strict adherence to regulations, while promoting collaboration among stakeholders. In this capacity, you will contribute significantly to the organization's vision by cultivating a healthcare environment where providers are well-supported, members receive outstanding care, and compliance is achieved with precision and integrity.

This position ensures that ReKlame continues to uphold its reputation as a trusted provider of culturally competent addiction and psychiatric care. The leadership position calls for a highly motivated individual who thrives in intellectuallydemanding environments, approaches each challenge with analytical rigor, and is committed to excellence.

You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and work in close collaboration with our Medical Leadership, Care Navigator Lead, Chief of Staff, and cross-functional business teams to uphold excellence in care delivery and drive an environment of excellence.

What You'll Work On

Strategic Leadership and Operational Execution in Clinical Operations

  • Operational Strategy: Develop and lead strategies that balance and integrate provider needs, patient care excellence, and regulatory compliance.
  • Service Delivery Optimization: Collaborate with medical leadership to design and implement member-centered care models that ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Evidence-Based Practices: Lead the adoption of evidence-based methodologies to enhance clinical operations across the organization.
  • Workflow Collaboration: Partner with clinical leadership to assess, refine, and align workflows with ReKlame's core values and goals.

Workflow and Process Optimization

  • Process Audit: Assess existing clinical processes to identify inefficiencies, optimize workflows to enhance productivity, and implement technology solutions for data-driven performance evaluation.
  • Practice Standardization: Oversee, evaluate, refine, and align workflows to ensure consistency with ReKlame's core values and leading operational frameworks (e.g., Lean Sigma Six)
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead and drive the adoption of data-driven, technologically advanced clinical operations.

Team Management and Talent Development

  • Team Oversight: Manage and support clinical teams, including clinicians, care navigators, and other operational staff, to ensure seamless operations and high performance.
  • Engagement Strategies: Develop initiatives to enhance team retention and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity.
  • Staff Development: Offer mentorship and professional growth opportunities to clinical staff and direct reports, driving skill enhancement and career progression.
  • Strategic Hiring: partner with the recruitment team to expand team capacity and support organizational growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across clinical operations and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, creating opportunities for professional growth and ensuring team alignment with organizational priorities

Regulatory and Quality Assurance

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Quality Improvement: Design and implement initiatives to enhance clinical workflows, patient outcomes, and satisfaction rates.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address operational risks in care delivery to ensure seamless and safe processes.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field required. A master's degree (MBA, MPH, or MHA) is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 6+ years in operations leadership, including 4-5+ years in healthcare or clinical settings. Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in dynamic, growth-oriented environments, and to develop scalable, system-wide operational solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth experience with workflow design, process improvement, and driving operational efficiency in clinical environments. Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Leadership and Communication: A collaborative leader who inspires multidisciplinary teams with empathy and clarity, drives alignment toward shared goals, and communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Skilled in leveraging data analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and inform organizational strategy.
  • GRIT and Tenacity: You demonstrate resilience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude, consistently driving results even in the face of obstacles
  • Intellectually Curious: You think critically and love solving complex problems while serving as a trusted leader.
  • Location Requirements: This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 to 4 days per week in the office, working closely with our leadership team and cross-functional departments. This role will work out of our Grand Central Office, designed with a modern, psychologically welcoming environment and intentionally created to encourage collaboration. To ensure a strong onboarding experience, we require the first six months to be completed in person.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 commensurate with experience
  • Bonus: Performance-based incentive plan
