Position Summary...

Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won't just prepare fresh food—you'll help a family have a great meal. What you'll do...

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise, collaborating with cross-functional teams and helping educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Communicate effectively with team members and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Prepare food according to item specifications, understanding and planning for future and seasonal productions, adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
• Drive the performance of the area by managing stock, ensuring quality and date standards, and eliminating waste.
• Develop and mentor team members, acting as a brand ambassador and fostering a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and complete work assignments efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications...

Must be 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments. No specific minimum qualifications are listed beyond age and training requirements.

Preferred Qualifications...

Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is preferred but not mandatory.
