WORK OPTION: In-OfficeThis position is within a unionized bargaining unit and union membership will be required. Assignment end dates are tentative and subject to change.

Position Summary:

Responsible for producing game highlights from concept, rough cut edit, cue sheet creation to completion.Content producers will be responsible for conceptualizing and recommending production elements in efforts to enhance storytelling and overall content production. This will include producing game highlights from concept through final edit, b-rolls, telestration, and use of graphics, animations throughout studio shows.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and produce daily highlight packages daily from conception to delivery
  • Ability to tell the story of assigned game through video elements and shot sheet script
  • Produce telestration or specialty elements as requested
  • Generates daily ideas reflecting of NBA and game-specific storylines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of studio, sports news or related experience with an emphasis on sports programming
  • Ability to interpret game storylines to create and assemble compelling highlights
  • Proficiency with non-linear Adobe edit systems and sports production processes to create compelling highlights as assigned by supervisors
  • High level of knowledge of sports production, specifically NBA
  • Deep knowledge of NBA storylines, current and historical
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate quickly and efficiently
  • Willingness to work evenings

Salary Range: $31.18/Hourly
