Position - Plant Operations Director

Type - Full Time

Location: Cedar Falls, IA

Salary Range - $62,400-$70,000

Shift Schedule

• Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
• Rotating MOD Weekend 10 am – 2 pm

We are looking for someone who:

• Ensures quality maintenance of the physical building and grounds
• Oversees Plant Operations and Housekeeping departments, including budget, staffing, and compliance
• Maintains resident satisfaction and addresses requests promptly
• Prioritizes safety for employees, guests, and residents

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• HVAC certification and experience recommended
• Knowledge of construction, maintenance, landscaping is a plus
• At least two years of maintenance supervisory experience in multi-unit housing
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds and perform active tasks
• Criminal background check required
• Good health verified by a recent health screening
• Clean driving record
• Experience in senior housing preferred
• Leadership and OSHA knowledge
