Manager, Digital Enterprise
The Manager, Digital Enterprise is a passionate and proven technology leader familiar with digital transformation. You lead a multi-functional software delivery team to develop a Digital Engineering Ecosystem (DEE) supporting military programs. You will execute a Digital Enterprise strategy that meets program requirements towards ensuring access to, traceability across, and collaboration on data and systems associated with the development and certification of military aircraft. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that will establish broad domain knowledge of Bell and USG organizations, processes, systems, data, and regulations. This leader will manage teams of on-site and off-site employees, oversee contract execution, manage computing resources, and execute within all controls on a major defense program. This leader will be a key point of contact with the customer and within the program.
