Order Picker/Packer WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Order Pickers/Packers to pick, package, and restock various products. Open positions are on 2nd Shift. 2nd Shift Times: 2:00-10:30pmThis is a great opportunity to join the WeatherTech Direct team!

- The hourly rate of pay is $19.50 per hour which includes a $1.00 - 2nd shift differential
As an Order Picker/Packer, you will
- Pick orders by reading pick tickets (BOLs) and move product to the shipping area by operating an RF Scanner
- Package various products to order specifications
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders
- Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all can perform each task properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity
- Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties
- Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months related work experience
- Experience using an RF Scanner
- Able to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions
- A high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required
- Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States
