- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers with their purchases.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and thoughtfully, escalating them when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times while interacting with customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our system for reference and follow-up actions.
- Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
