The hourly wage is between $16-18 plus great benefits.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Personal Care & Hygiene Assistance like bathing, dressing grooming.
- Companionship & Emotional Support and foster meaningful relationships support and companionship and social interaction
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): like dressing, bathing, bathroom needs and other personal task
- Meal Preparation & Feeding Assistance
- Provide medication reminders
- Transportation & Errands: to and from doctor's appointment, pharmacy, and grocery store.
- Documentation and notes on health, reporting any changes and keeping accurate records reporting concerns to supervisor or any family members.
Home Aid Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to treat clients with compassion dignity and respect
- At-least 6 months paid senior caregiving experience to any agency, facility or private pay client.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with auto insurance that is willing to drive 20-30 minutes for a shift
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
- Tolerate to small pets like cats and dogs in clients homes
- Readily available via phone or email to receive shift schedules, clients updates and promptly respond to any urgent matters or emergencies
- Experience with Alzheimer's & Dementia and senior care is preferred
- CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
