Role Responsibilities: As the Deli Lead you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the deli department including leading staff, ordering inventory, and ensuring superior customer service. The Deli Lead will be responsible for ensuring all safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations are adhered to. Additionally you'll be responsible for:Stocking the deli area with products in a clean and safe manner. Prepares Deli trays and products for sale. Follows USDA and Michigan Department of Agriculture rules, regulations, and standards for the Deli department.
