Overview of Role
The Construction Consulting Office Lead manages the office and provides cost management, building surveying, project management, and consulting services across diverse projects. The role requires delivering excellent service to meet client objectives and identifying opportunities to add value, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Essential Functions
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, commitment to customer service excellence, and a focus on achieving good commercial results.
Minimum Education: 4-year college degree in quantity surveying, construction management, architecture, or engineering science.
Minimum Experience: 5-10 years of relevant management experience, including managing staff, major projects, developing project scopes, goals, work plans, and assessment methods. Prior contract development and monitoring experience is required.
Skills Required: Expertise in quantity surveying, cost management, or project management, with strong communication skills.
