Key Responsibilities: As an Overhead Crane & Rigging Operator, your duties will include:
- Work safely at all times
- Utilize 10, 20 & 100 ton overhead cranes
- Analyze and develop lift plans as required
- Determine appropriate lifting devices & rigging for lifts
- Work with various individuals to determine the best position for weldments
- Flip weldments as required
- Complete required paperwork
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic level blueprint reading skills
- Above average rigging skills
- Experience moving items over 50 tons
- Excellent safety record
- Basic computer skills
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
