We are seeking a motivated, resourceful, and disciplined Assistant Project Manager to help deliver utility-scale solar projects across the U.S. This is a high-impact opportunity aimed at cultivating the next generation of project leaders. Join a team that collaborates with leading energy clients nationwide to advance clean energy solutions, one project at a time.

You will work directly onsite, collaborating with field teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Your efforts will focus on managing daily operations, tracking project progress, and addressing challenges as they arise, all while gaining insight into the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion.

Location & Travel Details: This is a traveling position (up to 100%) where you will be on-site at project locations throughout the U.S. Average project duration is between 8-16 months. A designated daily per diem is offered in addition to your base salary to assist with living expenses, and we provide a vehicle allowance. Our company also has an esteemed rotational program that includes regular travel home from job sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate engineering studies and change order requests
  • Engage with engineers and project estimators
  • Handle submittals and requests for information
  • Collaborate with owners/clients on project specifications
  • Track job costs and forecast revenue
  • Manage quality assurance and control on projects
  • Maintain prime contract relations with owners/clients
  • Conduct monthly billing procedures and progress payments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in the Solar or EPC construction industry

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Commitment to safety and 'Zero Injury' culture
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents
