The Day-to-Day: Build People Capability
- Lead with purpose, manage conflicts, and achieve results through your team.
- Recruit and train talented individuals to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop a strong pipeline of Managers and Team Members who are ready for advancement.
- Offer clear direction, mentorship, and constructive feedback to all team members.
- Champion our culture by embodying Team Lyders' core values and principles.
Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience - Ensure timely and effective execution of all corporate and local initiatives.
- Create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff alike.
- Oversee daily operations, including labor scheduling and food supply management while upholding health and safety standards.
- Resolve customer concerns and empower team members to exceed service expectations.
- Utilize customer insights to enhance the guest experience.
Grow the Brand, Sales, and Profits - Manage Profit & Loss by maintaining cash control, optimizing inventory, and managing labor costs.
- Uphold facilities and equipment to brand standards through preventative maintenance plans.
- Monitor sales and operational performance, coaching your team to meet growth targets.
- Design and implement restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans.
Is this You?
- High School Diploma or GED minimum required.
- 2-4 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment with P&L accountability.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven record in team building.
- Passion for outstanding food quality, service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Proficient in basic business math and computer skills.
- A dynamic, energetic, and proactive leader who drives results and inspires their team.
- Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as needed.
