We are seeking passionate professionals to provide virtual or telephonic educational and emotional support to patients and caregivers navigating their diagnosis and treatment journey.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound and outbound non-promotional disease-related educational support to identified customers as directed by the client.
- Offer adherence support to patients and caregivers, working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Collect demographic data for reimbursement services and literature fulfillment.
- Deliver exceptional quality and customer service while adhering to provided talking points and call guides.
- Utilize approved materials strictly, ensuring no alterations or sharing of content.
- Complete all necessary training and competency assessments as required by Inizio.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers.
- Facilitate service development across various healthcare sectors as determined by the client or Inizio.
- Explore innovative approaches for potential partnership opportunities.
- Timely completion of administrative tasks including daily updates, activity reports, and time reporting.
- Participate in local and national meetings to stay informed about developments and share knowledge within the Patient Solutions team.
- Maintain all company equipment and materials according to company guidelines.
- Adhere to all Inizio and client policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current US healthcare professional license: RN.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree, or BSN preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in Neurology or sleep disorders is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with Call Center technology.
- Demonstrated organizational abilities and self-motivation.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks effectively.
