In this role, you will:* Manage all project activities and risk to ensure achievement of all project objectives and milestones.* Lead the project team including engineers, technicians and project support staff to create revenue through managing and coordinating projects to TCQ.* Conduct regular project performance reviews to ensure the project is on track.* Develop costings, proposals and plans for Contract Change Proposals (CCPs).* Collaborate with Sales, Service and other functions to generate value for our customers.* Develop and continually improve stakeholder relationships including internal and external customers and suppliers.* Manage customer relations related to information, deliveries, reviews, contract amendments, and claims.* Drive results by showing initiative and achieving results reliably, with broad perspective, pragmatism and persistence.Exciting insights into Rohde & SchwarzOur colleagues provide insider information about:* Daily adventures and challenges* Our passionate team* The technologies behind the innovative projects and solutionsYour browser does not support the video tagYour qualifications* Bachelor of Engineering, or similar.* Recognition as a Project Management Practitioner* Previously delivered projects with value greater than $10 M* Exposure to Earned Value Management methods* Experience in leading project teams comprising 15 or more staff* Australian Citizenship, with eligibility to hold an Australian NV1 security clearance.Interested?Please visit our careers page for all active vacancies : a security clearance is not mandatory for all positions, all offers of employment for this position are conditional on the candidate being able to meet Australian NV1 security clearance requirements which will form part of the assessment criteria of the role.
