Your Responsibilities Include:
- Developing Team Skills: Oversee and support team members during shifts, guiding them towards success.
- Training and Development: Assist in the onboarding and continuous training of new and existing staff, promoting their growth and potential.

Delivering an Outstanding Customer Experience:
- Implement the MIC Success Routine for operational effectiveness.
- Organize and manage staff deployment to adhere to brand and company standards.
- Control inventory and ordering to align with demand.
- Evaluate and coach team members to promote service excellence.
- Uphold high cleanliness and equipment standards within the restaurant.
Maintaining Efficient Restaurant Operations:
- Monitor the flow of daily operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth back-office functions.
- Conduct CORE performance audits and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
- Oversee cash handling and daily banking responsibilities.
Are You a Good Fit?
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership or training role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making within fast-paced environments.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to undergo a background check and MVR screening.
- Possess a valid driver's license for banking tasks.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts as needed.
Physical Demands:
The essential functions of this position require the following physical abilities:
- Regularly Required: Stand for prolonged periods, engage in verbal communication, operate hands and fingers for various tasks, and gauge object attributes by touch.
- Frequently Required: Walk, maintain balance, stretch arms, lift/push/pull up to 40 pounds over a short distance.
- Occasionally Required: Climb, twist, stand without breaks, stoop, kneel, or lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment: This role involves exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions with moderate noise levels. Expect to encounter varying temperatures and cleaning substances within the restaurant.
