What You'll Do:

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility, including Resident rooms and common areas
  • Perform housekeeping tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, polishing, emptying trash, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
  • Safely handle and dispose of hazardous waste and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Maintain furniture, fixtures, and floor surfaces; complete minor repairs like unclogging toilets and changing light bulbs
  • Prepare apartments for move-ins and deliver personal clothing as needed

What You'll Need:

  • One or more years of housekeeping experience (required)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
  • Ability to work well with others and demonstrate courtesy with Residents, team members, and visitors
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform basic physical tasks; accommodations are available for disabilities
  • Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
