Job Title: Visual Inspection Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Visual Inspection Operator to join our production team. This role is critical to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety before reaching our customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, following detailed procedures, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct manual visual inspections of finished products to identify defects or nonconformities.

  • Operate basic machinery and tools according to established protocols.

  • Perform routine tasks such as product sampling, labeling, and final packaging.

  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of equipment by preparing materials and following instructions.

  • Support quality assurance efforts by adhering to strict standards and documentation practices.

  • Follow safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Record numerical data accurately and perform basic math calculations.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in visual inspection and quality assurance.

  • Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

  • Experience in laboratory quality assurance.

  • Knowledge of chemical handling and quality control.

  • Ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
