This role involves the assembly, cleaning, evaluation, servicing, and handling of new and used medical devices and components. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, consistently deliver high-quality results within established timelines, and maintain a strong commitment to safety.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly, cleaning, servicing, and material handling functions according to established procedures and quality standards.Handle used/recycled medical devices—some of which have been worn by patients—with appropriate PPE provided.Operate and maintain material handling equipment safely and effectively.Accurately document all process transactions in writing or via computer.Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive, helpful attitude.Communicate potential quality or production concerns promptly to supervisors.Cross-train to develop proficiency in a variety of production roles.Adapt to changing work assignments and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Material Handler QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Minimum 1 year of experience in electro-mechanical production, materials handling, or related field preferred.Strong attention to detail, reliable work history, and ability to work in a hands-on environment.Comfortable working with returned medical equipment in varying conditions (“ick” factor), with all required PPE provided.Commitment to workplace safety and proper handling protocols.Additional DetailsDirect hire position (not contract-to-hire).Onsite interview with the Production Manager required.Pre-employment drug screening required (medical marijuana card must be on file, if applicable).If you take pride in your work, are comfortable with hands-on technical tasks, and want to be part of a mission-driven team that supports patient care through high-quality equipment refurbishment, apply now!Corrin Misak, Staffing Manager IIA-Line Staffing ...@alinestaffing.com#157644
