For more information, visit www.jobs.premisehealth.com. As a Full Time Medical Assistant (MA), you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in San Antonio, TX. The scheduled hours are Monday- Thursday 7:30 am-5:00 pm and Friday 7:30 am-3:30 pm. What Youll Do. Interviews patients and measures vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height)Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Prepares treatment rooms, cleans and sterilizes instruments. Medication administration including injections, performs laboratory tests, operates EK - Gs and other diagnostic equipment as permitted by state regulations. Performs administrative tasks, assists at the front desk, schedules appointments, makes follow-up calls, and orders medical supplies.
