Guides the regional safety culture focusing on structure, processes and monitoring systems deployed by SCA that demonstrate and drive patient harm prevention. Employs a comprehensive strategy of visioning, development and accountability. Manages operational aspects for a portfolio of centers to ensure strong facility leadership, clinical excellence and patient care, operational and financial performance, and teammate and physician relationships and engagement Work cross functionally with all support services lanes including clinical, finance, revenue cycle, supply chain, D&I , Legal, Compliance, HR and all functions to gain alignment and collaborate on mutual goals Partner with the business development team and SSL team to recruit new physicians, physician groups and grow share of practice Live SCA's Values and model the way for his/her team while recognizing and rewarding teammates living the mission and enhancing our culture of inclusion Bachelors degree required MBA, MHA, or advanc...Operations, Manager, Operation, Healthcare, Manufacturing
