Provides in-person and virtual support to clinical nurses in the acute care setting during off-shifts and weekends by answering just-in-time requests for clinical information Rounds on newly hired nursing team members Identifies and deploys resources as needed Provides in-services and skills training Supports new equipment and workflow initiatives Qualifications Education: BSN required. MSN preferred. Experience: Minimum of three years of clinical practice, required. Licensure/ Certification: Current RN license in appropriate state, required. Nursing professional certification in an acute nursing specialty, required.
