We are seeking a Field Environmental Technician for assignment in Syracuse, New York. The selected candidate will perform O&M activities for our client's groundwater treatment plant. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm - - This position has a pay rate of $26 - $28/hr - - Responsibilities - Diagnose equipment and system operation problems and perform necessary corrective action (pump repair, cleaning, lancing conveyance, piping replacement, etc.)- Perform regular site inspections and verify systems are operating appropriately- Communicate system deficiencies with team and field leaders- Collect and document field data- Heavy equipment operation- Exterior building and grounds maintenance- Perform other duties as required Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED- A valid Drivers License- Ability to work independently on pumps, plumbing and motors including cleaning, troubleshooting and repair- Experience with underground line cleaning is a plus- Previous HAZWOPER and/or Confin...Environmental Technician, Technician, Field, Environmental, Manufacturing, Business Services
