The Associate Operations role is an incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of a Production facility. You will work closely with Team Members to:Promote a safe working environment. Produce quality products in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities. Observation and Learning: Gain insights into ensuring the area operates at maximum capacity while maintaining high quality. Collaboration: Work with Maintenance and other resources to ensure equipment is functioning properly and meets government regulations. First Aid: Learn to perform first aid when the nurse is not present. Support: Assist supervisors and managers as needed, and take on any additional duties that arise. By mastering these responsibilities, you will be well-prepared to take on the role of a supervisor over a specific area as assigned.
