The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and advancing the digital ecosystem of Omahas Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium and Lee G. Simmons Wildlife Safari Park. With a focus on user experience and performance-driven content, this role ensures that web, email, and digital campaigns drive guest engagement, strengthen member relationships, and elevate brand storytelling across platforms. This individual combines an understanding of marketing strategy, UX/ UI best practices, and data analytics to optimize content delivery and engagement. The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead efforts to streamline systems, develop scalable digital workflows, and transform how digital channels support admissions, membership, education, events, and guest experience.
