Babysitter

I'm looking for a babysitter or nanny for my 16-month-old daughter. Looking for just a couple weekends a month with some overnights and some just for a couple hours for me to go out. She's a very easy baby, loves Ms. Rachel and will eat pretty much anything. She goes to sleep with a clean fresh diaper and a bottle of whole milk. I just put her in the crib put on white noise and walk away and she goes to bed. She takes one nap per day normally from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. And she goes to sleep at 8 p.m. for bedtime.
