Wash dishes, pots and pans, and all small wares. Bus and wipe off tables and dining room as needed. Sweep and mop all floors as needed or as scheduled. Return clean dishes and pans to their proper places. Keep dish machine area clean and sanitized. Put away stock as assigned. Empty and take out garbage as needed or scheduled. Being a team player.
