Flex. Staff is seeking a Temporary Front Desk Receptionist for our client, a non-profit healthcare organization providing home and community-based healthcare and services for the elderly. - - - Identified candidate must be Bengali speaking and able to commute to multiple offices - - - Location: Monday-Thursday: Jamaica, Friday: Bushwick or Seneca (Subject to change as needed by client)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm? RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet visitors, verify clearance, issue badges, and maintain visitor logs. Direct participant issues/complaints to appropriate departments. Ensure employee badge compliance. Answer and route calls, respond to inquiries, and send phone messages. Manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages. Page staff and make emergency announcements. Conduct security tours and monitor cameras. Maintain order and safety during emergencies. Manage parking (where applicable).
