The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with excellent communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to support our special projects team efficiently. The Special Projects Tech Support Analyst will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and providing critical support to the bureau and across the department.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system analysis, data manipulation, and policy development related to Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS). This individual will demonstrate the ability to plan, direct, and evaluate programs, including the development and implementation of program goals and objectives. The candidate should be skilled in resolving administrative issues and recommending improvements. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have expertise in developing statistical reports for fiscal and utilization data, assisting in decision support related to Medicaid reimbursement and service needs. Strong experience in policy analysis, and interdepartmental collaboration, along with a solid understanding of system enhancements, will be key for success in this role.
