Position Overview

The objective of this position is to provide administrative support for multiple monitoring frameworks, driving high reliability and availability by leveraging ITILv4 Event Management best practices. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience configuring, alerting, and working with queries in Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics. Experience with technologies such as SolarWinds Orion, Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Cisco ThousandEyes, or AppDynamics is desired. Responsibilities include performing software installations, patch and version upgrades, user application support, updating processes, and scripting. The role requires working within complex, process-oriented operational environments where metrics and event significance are vital.

This position offers remote work flexibility.

Additional Responsibilities

Support multiple operating environments, perform hardware and OS maintenance, installation, upgrades, account administration, file system maintenance, hardware installations, application support, and software installations. Collaborate with project teams for application, technology, and infrastructure support. Participate in capacity and infrastructure planning within a metrics-based environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum of 2 years IT experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including VISIO, preferred.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays occasionally.

Certifications

• Current EPIC certification required within the EPIC/HELIOS Home Care & Hospice Department.
