This position offers an exciting opportunity to participate in delivering a new Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) with Child Welfare Digital Services (CWDS), a unique collaboration involving the California Health and Human Services Office of Technology and Solutions Integration (CalHHS OTSI), the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), and California's Counties and Tribes. Under the direction of the Product Chief (Information Technology Manager I), the DevOps specialist is responsible for the administration, development, analysis, coordination, maintenance, and monitoring of critical CARES Salesforce software environments. The DevOps Specialist will define, implement, and enforce configuration management processes and procedures to ensure the health and stability of the technical environments. The DevOps Specialist is expected to work collaboratively with OTSI technical staff in support of planning and software implementation activities while promoting an environment and atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation consistent with the department's values among staff and managers.
