Position Overview Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a temporary assignment in California. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting skills who is looking to contribute to a dynamic team environment. The position is anticipated to last for 6-8 weeks, providing valuable experience in a reputable company.
Responsibilities - Processing applied payments accurately and efficiently.
- Booking and receiving deposits.
- Managing accounts receivable through QuickBooks.
- Performing ACH reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Utilizing Excel for maintaining and updating spreadsheets.
Qualifications - Previous experience in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing accounts receivable.
- Strong skills in Excel for spreadsheet management.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle financial data accurately.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with the team.
Required Work Hours The position requires availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
Benefits This temporary position offers a competitive hourly pay, ranging from $26.00 to $28.00, based on experience and qualifications.
Additional Details Max Pay is $28.00. Min Pay is $26.00.
