Prep Cook - Downtown Middleton Smokehouse (Opening Team) Our BBQ starts with you. We're looking for Prep Cooks to help launch our brand-new Downtown Middleton location. This is a key role for anyone who takes pride in consistency, quality, and flavor. What You'll Do:
- Prep proteins, hot sides, sauces, and fresh ingredients to recipe spec
- Monitor smoker drop times and pull proteins with precision
- Label, rotate, and organize ingredients using FIFO and food safety standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for the next shift
- Work alongside line cooks and support during peak service

- Understanding of prep procedures, measurements, and safety
