Job Description: This individual will be responsible for reviewing the electronic communications of the firm's employees to mitigate reputational and regulatory risk to the firm. Responsibilities: - Utilize surveillance systems to review communications for content, appropriateness, regulatory compliance and misuse of confidential information - Identify, document, and resolve potential regulatory or compliance issues - Liaise with business management, compliance, and legal to assess risks and follow up on issues identified during review of communications Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - 1-4 years experience either in corporate and investment banking industry or legal industry - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excellent attention to detail - Strong communication skills - Sound judgment and ability to exercise discretion Desired Skills - Familiarity with corporate and investment banking industry - Prior experience with email surveillance - Prior paralegal or document review experience - Graduate degree (e.g. JD) a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
