Company Summary: Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire full-time Network Administrators to support FAA efforts in Reston / Herndon, VA.

Position Summary: EES is seeking Network Administrators at the Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels to support FAA modernization efforts. These roles are responsible for day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, and support of network components, ensuring availability, connectivity, and quick resolution of routine network issues.

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman:
    • Education: BS/BA
    • Experience: 5–7 years
  • Senior:
    • Education: BS/BA
    • Experience: 8–11 years
  • SME:
    • Education: BS/BA
    • Experience: 12+ years
  • Experience with network monitoring and diagnostics tools
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Familiarity with IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues efficiently
  • Understanding of FAA network standards and operational environments
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network performance and availability across FAA systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on network hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to support modernization efforts
  • Maintain documentation of network configurations and incident resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with FAA security and operational standards
