Job Title: RN-Intermediate Care Location: Plattsburgh,NY 10/06/25 to 01/25/26 (16 Weeks) 36 Hours/week (12H Night) 07:00 PM - 07:30 AMPosition Description: Total # of Facility Beds: 341 Unit Name: PCU RN for PCU: Will be assigned to float team; Every other weekend required. Travelers must work 2 out of the 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, and New Years Day/Eve. Requirements: • HA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required; NIHSS required prior to start • Minimum of 1 year tele experience required • Insulin drips, cardiac drips, starting IV's, post cardiac cath • Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable • NY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission - please note NY licensing takes 6-8 weeks and we will take that into consideration with start dates/offers Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • No block schedules for any reason • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 10/20 • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November - April #TB_HC
