As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.Job DescriptionAs a Painter,who takes pride in your workmanship, you will be responsible for preparing and painting designated areas as assigned for every aspect of the resort.As a Painter, you will:Prepare all surfaces for paint, uses drop cloths and masking tape to protect surfacesApply primer or mildewcide prior to paint where neededApply paint to prepared exterior or interior surfaces by use of paint gun, roller, or brushApply caulking where neededApply concrete stain to walkways and entrancesMix paint to achieve desired colorSet up and use ladders and/or scaffoldingLeave work area in safe, neat clean conditionsAbility to communicate and interpret guest needs by positively interacting towards resolutionsMust be able to work independently and with minimal to no supervision or supportMust comply with all CFI policies and proceduresMust represent Westgate Resorts in a professional manner through appearance, dress, and professional behavior at all times, as dictated in the Associate's HandbookTo perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
