All roles have an opportunity for career advancement once full time with our client and provide excellent benefits to their full-time Job Summary W e are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler/Receiver to support warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, and transporting materials across storage areas and production zones. This role requires proficiency with material handling equipment and basic knowledge of inventory systems. Job Description Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders and packing slips. Identify and report any discrepancies or damages in received goods. Update material information and locations using SAP or similar systems. Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (manual and powered). Transport materials between buildings and designated storage areas. Maintain clean and organized storage and dock areas. Ensure raw materials are appropriately stocked to prevent production delays. Assist in inventory counts, investigations, and reconciliations. Support production staff with timely material availability. Follow all safety protocols and complete required training. Skills Required Forklift experience required (certification preferred). Prior exposure to handling hazardous or compressed gas materials is desirable. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of inventory control systems is a plus. S hift: 7 am - 3:30pm Education Highschool diploma or GED Additional Requirements Experience with SAP or similar inventory software strongly preferred. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
