Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about keeping the financial side of projects running smoothly? Were looking for a reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist / Contract Administrator to join our finance team and take ownership of our billing and collections processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced construction environment where no two days are the same. If you're someone who loves numbers, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in accuracy, we want to meet you!

What Youll Do:

• Prepare and issue progress, final, and retainage invoices
• Enter and manage contracts and projects in our ERP system
• Stay in sync with project teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
• Track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain strong client relationships
• Keep precise records, generate A/R aging reports, and assist with audits
• Support month-end close and help optimize our financial processes

What You Bring to the Table:

13 years of general accounting or accounts receivable experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)

Construction industry or ERP experience (Vista a big plus!)

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a team environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

• An Associate or Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
• Familiarity with lien laws, construction contracts, or progress billing
