This position supports our Corporate Events and Lifestyle Programming team at a corporate level for regional events.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the VP of Lifestyle Programming and Corporate Events.
- Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Planning, organizing, and executing corporate events and lifestyle programs.
- Managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth event operations.
- Developing and managing lifestyle programming support resources.
- Collaborating with departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in event planning or lifestyle programming.
- Proven success in planning and executing events.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive information and in a dynamic environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, and moving around the office and property.
- Must be able to drive and travel locally.
- Extended periods of sitting, standing, and communication are required.
- Work may include outdoor activities and working outside of regular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation: $26.00-$30.00 hourly
Additional Details: Entry level, full-time management and manufacturing role based in Cranbury, NJ, with a salary range of $45,000-$70,000 depending on experience and specific role details.
