The PCWP (Pennsylvania Center for Women and Politics at Chatham University) is seeking an Office Assistant for the academic year 2025-2026. The position will assist the Center in executing its signature program, NEW Leadership, by creating program materials as well as supporting PCWP staff in closing out the programs administratively. The Office Assistant will be asked to support PCWP staff in moving the mission of the Center forward to educate and empower women for public leadership. The student employee will be asked to mail merge letters, print, and stuff mailings. The assistant will also help us develop our slate of programming for the next academic year. All PCWP student employees participate in NEW Leadership recruitment in the spring semester. This includes calling and e-mailing faculty across Pennsylvania to help build the next class of NEW Leadership. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs is a must, especially Word and Excel. All employees must first contact their current manager before applying for an Internal position.
