JOB SUMMARY

You will lead the collaborative effort to ensure sustained reliability improvement through utilization of proven reliability practices and techniques. You have a strategic role to focus on those opportunities that have historically impacted the plants measured asset capability. You will influence budget needs and spending of approved funds to support the long-term reliability improvement of the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading Setting of and Achievement of plant Reliability targets.
  • Developing and implementing the Facility Reliability Strategy.
  • Creating Equipment Reliability Strategies based upon Top Plant Opportunities
  • Facilitating the annual maintenance budget setting process and tracking progress and spending on funded projects.
  • Modifying existing PM programs based on definitive analysis of cost and benefits.
  • Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for equipment prioritization.
  • Identifying and collaborating with others to resolve Top Reliability Opportunities and decrease equipment failure losses.
  • Serve as Reliability Subject Matter Expert and coaches others in the use of reliability engineering principles and tools (Root Cause Investigations (RCI)) to identify and eliminate negative reliability trends and equipment performance.
  • Performing critical Root Cause Investigations.
  • Working with others to provide front end loading for plant Turnarounds.
  • Facilitating the plants Predictive Maintenance Team

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of a bachelors degree in engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (i.e., reliability, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance or related)
  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
  • Being proficient in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel
  • Demonstrating competencies in the areas of leadership, initiative, teamwork, and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Ensuring a safe work environment by working safely and, complying with environmental, health and safety standards
  • Strong work ethic and being able to remain productive in an empowered team environment

COMPENSATION

BioUrja Renewables LLC is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the target base salary range is $110,000 to $125,000 annually. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individuals skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
