Weichert Referral Associates is hiring a Referral Conversion Specialist in Morris Plains, NJ. The Referral Conversion Specialist is responsible for increasing the success rate of referral placements by actively supporting and guiding them from the initial agreement to closed real estate transactions. The Referral Conversion Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring consistent communication, accountability, and follow-up between clients, sales agents, and referral agents. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Sales & Client Management: Acts as the primary point of contact once a referral placement is completed, ensuring all parties (Sales Agent, Referral Agent, and Client) are introduced and engaged. Distributes introductory emails confirming their role in providing support and contribution to facilitate a seamless transaction.
