At Kootenai Health, our Sterile Processing Technicians are essential to ensuring surgical precision and patient well-being. In this fast-paced, detail-oriented role, you ll be responsible for disinfecting, sterilizing, and preparing surgical instruments and medical equipment for safe use. Your expertise in specialized tools and advanced sterilization techniques will keep procedures running seamlessly. We currently have openings for the following night shifts: Thursday Saturday: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM Sunday Tuesday: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM Sterile Processing Tech II Requirements and Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Central Service Certification (CRCST) through the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or equivalent certification required 1 year experience in an acute or ambulatory Sterile Processing department/setting required Preceptor training completed within 6 months and current on annual preceptor modules required Familiar with AAMI AORN recommended P...Processing, Sterile, Night Shift, Tech, Healthcare, Technician
