Under general supervision from the respective department manager, the Kroc Attendant position will be available for the following areas: Fitness Center, Gymnasium, Climbing Wall, Game Room, Child Watch, Pool, and Events. Kroc Attendants will be responsible for providing information about the facility and our programs and for providing prompt customer service to all the patrons in their assigned area. They will be responsible for the cleanliness of their assigned area and for enforcing safety guidelines. Essential Responsibilities: General Duties Maintain accurate equipment check in and out procedures Maintain cleanliness of assigned area and its equipment following departmental specific guidelines Return all equipment to the proper location Report all equipment breakdowns according to departmental procedure Enforce all safety guidelines that pertain to the assigned area on a constant and consistent basis.
