We're seeking a future team member for the role ofVice President, Client Processing Manager IIto join ourDepositary Receiptsteam. This role is located inLake Mary, FL.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Leads the global Corporate Action SDG, responsible for the full-scope process including multiple locations
  • Collaborates effectively with Corporate Actions managers and teams, driving toward a unified vision
  • Drives a culture of team and individual development, setting the bar for high performance
  • Develops succession plan and drives progress in team members to support it, through performance reviews and ongoing feedback
  • In partnership with manager, leads the end-to-end recruitment and staffing process
  • Directs and supports Team Leads to instruct, assign, direct, and review the work of Client Processing analysts
  • Oversees Client Processing to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
  • Provides product knowledge and technical assistance on complex problems
  • Fully manages complex escalations
  • Manages the process workflow across locations and aligns team resources accordingly to complete and prioritize tasks
  • Identifies opportunities to optimize operations, especially with support of Digital Tools and AI
  • Highlights team accomplishments and areas for improvement, effectively sharing insights with leadership

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 0-1 years in management
  • Prior experience working in a banking/finance setting highly preferred
  • Experience in Corporate Actions is preferred
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, leading a global team
