Hello there!I am looking for a great nanny or babysitter who can take care of my 2-year-old son part time. My son is very active and loves arts/crafts. He is definitely in his independence stage where he wants to eat on his own & do things on his own. It's important for us that the nanny is a nurturing but decisive person.
