My 19-month-old boy wakes around 7am, eats a healthy breakfast of usually eggs and sausage, or yogurt and berries. Enjoys playing outside, going on walks, taking trips to the library or local play land. He usually eats home made lunch at 11-12:00 before his 2 hour nap. After his nap he plays either in his living room, gets a book read to him or plays with his neighbor friends in his backyard. By this time his dad is usually on his way home and his mom (who works at home) is ready to get off work at 5 p.m.
