Duties: school pickup, snack prep, light tidying, and engaging in calm play after a stimulating school day. Child is autistic (PDA profile) with ADHD - brilliant, curious, and needs a calm, confident presence. Must-haves: reliable transportation, valid driver's license, comfortable with one large friendly dog, patience, dependability, adaptability, and overall curiosity about child's specific neurodivergence. Bonus points for: Experience with neurodivergent kids, background in special education, therapy, or other fields with exposure to exceptionally unique kids.
