Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist – L&D (Night Shift | 32 hrs/week)

Location: Boston, MA

Shift: PM – 8-Hour Shifts | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Schedule: 4 nights/week | 32 guaranteed hours | Rotating weekends & holidays | No on-call

Pay - $58 - $63

Job Description:

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with recent Labor & Delivery experience to join a dynamic night shift team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced L&D environment with a consistent overnight schedule and a guaranteed 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:-

Assist with labor and delivery procedures, including C-sections, hysterectomies, and D&Cs

Prepare and manage surgical instruments and sterile environments

Collaborate with nursing and surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care

Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:-

1–2 years of recent experience in Labor & Delivery

Hands-on experience with C-section kits, hysterectomy kits, and D&C procedures

Certifications (Required):-

Certified Surgical Technologist (National Certification Required)

Basic Life Support (BLS)
